How do I create an account or update my business account with Design House®? 

If you are a business, you will need to submit a ticket using the “Contact Us” form. Select “Business” as customer type. If you would like to be added as a user to an existing company’s profile to order on behalf of an existing business customer, select “I would like to be added to our company's customer record to order on your website” as the issue type. If you do not have an existing relationship with Design House®, please select “I would like to begin selling your products.”


Can I create a consumer account with Design House?

Yes. If you a consumer who wants to create an account with Design House, please click “Register” in the upper right of our site. Log in | Register (todaysdesignhouse.com) You will be able to create your account in a few short steps. 


How do I reset my password?

Click on the “Login” link at the top right of the page and under “Returning customer,” click on “Forgot Password?” Enter your email to have a reset link sent to you.

 

How can I check the status of my order or see my tracking?

To check on your placed orders, log into your account by clicking on the “Login” link at the top right of the page and entering your email and password for your account. If you have not created a login and have checked out as a guest, you will not be able to view your order status, but you can still track your order at https://www.todaysdesignhouse.com/tracking

 

How do I see my past receipts or invoices?

Log into your account by clicking on the “Login” link at the top right of the page and entering your email and password for your account. If you have not created a login and checked out as a guest, you will not be able to access your past receipts or invoices.

 

I am a business. How do I see my specific pricing?

With our website, when you have a business account, all products and pricing made available to your account will be visible when you login in for you to add to cart and check out.

 

I am a business. How do I request a quote?

When you are logged into your business account, if you do not see products or pricing that you are expecting, please “Contact Us” for assistance. Select the “I am looking for a quote” option.


Does Design House offer keying services?

Yes, we offer a variety of keying services (master keys, key alike, and more). Please review our full list of professional keying services on Our Catalog


I want to order a product, but it is out of stock. Does Design House off back in stock notifications? 

Yes. If you want to be notified when an item comes back into stock, please select “Get Notified When Available” on the product page and complete the short form. You do not need an account to receive the notification. 

 

I have a problem with my order. What do I do?

If there’s anything you need, go to the “Contact Us” page, select your customer type and the issue you are encountering. This will go to our customer service team to assist you.

 

How do I return a product or get a replacement?

Consumers who have purchased directly from www.todaysdesignhouse.com may return non-defective products to Design House® for credit within 30 days of purchase and with prior authorization in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). To obtain an RMA, “Contact Us” and fill in the appropriate fields to identify your issue. If you would like a replacement instead of a credit, identify that on your contact form and the customer service agent will work with you to address this. Business customers may have longer time windows for returns; review your sales terms and conditions.

If you are missing or have damaged parts, please “Contact Us” to have a replacement part sent. In cases involving defective product, materials and/or workmanship covered under standard warranty terms, please “Contact Us” so we can determine if a repair or replacement is necessary, and if we would like to receive the product back as a return.

 

How do I file a warranty claim?

Ensure you meet the terms of our warranty, found on the Warranty & Returns page, and that your product is within the appropriate warranty valid time period. “Contact Us” to initiate your warranty claim, selecting “I have an issue with a product” and “I would like to initiate a warranty claim” as the reasons for contacting us and the case issue. Please attach your proof of purchase and image(s) of the issue. Customer service will work with you to determine if we can repair or replace the defective item, or if we will refund up to the original purchase price of the item.

 

I’ve lost my assembly instructions. How do I get them?

Many installation/assembly instruction sheets are made available on the product pages within this website. Search for the product number or name to find them. If you cannot find the instructions, please “Contact Us” to ask for them to be provided.

 

Where are you located? Do you have a store I can visit?

The Design House® (DHI Corp.) headquarters are located in Mequon, Wisconsin, and we have distribution centers in Sparks, Nevada and Summerville, South Carolina. We do not receive customers at these locations, nor do we maintain stores or showrooms at these locations.

 

I am outside the United States. Can I order from Design House®?

At this time, Design House® is only able to ship orders from our website within the United States. Please consider purchasing our products from a seller with international shipping capabilities.

 

How is Design House® working to reduce their environmental impact and support environmental sustainability?

Design House® has taken many steps to reduce the use of pollutants and non-sustainable materials in our products, as well as our operations. For instance, many of our plumbing products are made for water efficiency, including showerheads with eco-drip technology that reduce water flow to a drip when you don’t need a heavy stream. In our warehouse operations, we have installed more efficient LED lighting, as well as dramatically reduced the use of plastic for shipping, saving 13,400 pounds of plastic used per year by making packaging changes. We continually improve the energy efficiency of our buildings through improvements in our facilities. Further, we have invested in having distribution centers in Western, Southeastern and Midwestern portions of the United States, which cuts down on road miles and carbon emissions. Environmental sustainability is an ongoing initiative for our company.

How can I sign up for your mailing list?

At the bottom right of every page is our email sign-up form. Fill it out to be added to the list!

 

How can I be removed from your mailing list?

Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email or “Contact Us” and select “Other Reason” as the issue type to be removed from our email list.
