Senior Product Manager

This position is responsible for all areas of Product Management, to include: identification of product trends, competitive analysis, customer feedback, sku rationalization, new product development and inventory planning. In addition, this position will manage complimentary product lines, responsible for communicating the product vision, and working closely with overseas manufacturers during development of products.  The position requires working closely with sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. 
 
Requirements 
7+ years experience in Product Management
Demonstrated success in executing & launching excellent products
Technical background with experience in Builder Hardware / Residential Door Hardware or Faucets
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority


Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a person with Lockset or Faucet manufacturing experience.

Responsible for multiple product lines, the Associate Product Manager will participate in product planning and maintenance throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with overseas manufacturers during development of products. The position requires closely working with sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Associate Product Manager will work to ensure the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

This position will require travel to factories in Asia, tradeshows, and customer stores. Required experience includes 4 year college degree, 5+ years product management experience, and excellent communications skills.

Experience in Lockset or Faucet Manufacturing desired.

Junior Accountant

Job Description:

Process Accounts Payable/Receivables according to company practices
Collection calls required for accounts that are delinquent
Research various issues related to unpaid invoices or charge backs
Month end processing including, but not limited to reconciling the bank account, posting to general ledger and reconciling balance sheet accounts
Enter items into Accounting system and produce reports
Responsible for assisting in functions related to the accounting department.


 Requirements:

Accounting software experience
Excellent data entry skills
Proficient in MS Office
 
Desirable Skills & Experience (but not required):

 MAS90 software
AS400
Payroll experience
1-2 years of experience
 
Education:

Bachelor or Associate Degree in Accounting
